When you think of Reicher Athletics ,the first thing that comes to mind is a winning tradition. This has been made possible by great coaches and students that commit to excellence on the field, in the classroom, in character and in their faith. Reicher has been able to win 16 state championships in 1o different sports. Athletics is an integral part of the development for the student-athlete; as it teaches character, team work, good sportsmanship, leadership, and it is also part of the faith development for our young men and women.
Role of Athletics at Reicher Catholic High School
The interscholastic athletic program can be an integral part of the total experience a student receives at RCHS. Athletics, like other extracurricular activities available to RCHS students, are designed to affirm and promote Catholic values, and engage students fully in mind, body, spirit, and imagination. Student-athletes, coaches, and parents are called upon to work together to create an atmosphere of true sportsmanship in which the entire array of Catholic values can be revealed, tested and proven relevant to all.
